What happens on the first call
- Fifteen to twenty minutes. No pitch deck, no slides.
- We look at what you have — your ad account if there is one, your site on a phone, what competitors are bidding on.
- A straight answer on whether search demand exists in your area at a volume worth chasing.
- If it does, a realistic cost per enquiry and a monthly figure.
- If it does not, we say so. We would rather lose the sale than take a budget that cannot work.

WhatsApp is answered most evenings and at weekends, because most people running a trade business are not free at 11am on a Tuesday.
Before you call
Bring two numbers and the conversation gets useful immediately: your average job value and roughly how many quotes in ten you win. Those two decide everything — what a lead can be worth to you, what budget makes sense, and whether any of this is worth doing at all. We can run that arithmetic on the call in about a minute.
If you already advertise, view access to the Google Ads or Meta account is genuinely useful and takes thirty seconds to grant. We will tell you what is wrong with it whether or not you hire us.
Questions
How quickly do you reply?
WhatsApp within a couple of hours during the working day and usually the same evening otherwise. Email within one working day. The phone is answered unless we are on another call, and if it is missed you will get a text back within about a minute.
Do I have to book a discovery call?
No. There is no booking funnel and no qualification call before the real call. Ring the number, or send the form and it lands on WhatsApp. The first conversation is the actual conversation.
What will you ask me?
Three things: what you do and where, your rough average job value, and how many quotes you win. That is enough to work out whether the arithmetic works before anybody talks about budgets.
Will I get put on a mailing list?
No. There is no newsletter, no drip sequence and no retargeting pixel chasing you around the internet afterwards. If we do not work together you will not hear from us again unless you get in touch.
