1. These terms
These terms govern use of this website and, where a separate written agreement does not say otherwise, the services PipelineOS provides. Where a signed proposal or service agreement conflicts with these terms, that document takes precedence.
2. Services and fees
Management fees are billed monthly in advance. Advertising spend is paid by you directly to the advertising platform on your own payment method; we do not handle, mark up or take a commission on ad spend. Project fees for websites and CRM builds are quoted in advance and typically invoiced 50% on commencement and 50% on delivery.
3. Term and cancellation
Ongoing services run month to month with no minimum term. Either party may cancel by giving notice before the next billing date. Fees already paid for the current month are not refundable, and we will continue to deliver the service for the remainder of that month.
4. Ownership
You own your advertising accounts, conversion data, website files, domain names and content. On termination we will transfer or release administrative access promptly and without charge.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to accounts and information we reasonably need, to respond to enquiries generated on your behalf, and to ensure the services you advertise are lawful, accurately described and properly licensed and insured.
6. Results
We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes or revenue. Search engines and advertising platforms are third-party systems whose behaviour we do not control. We do commit to the transparency, measurement and ownership guarantees set out on this website, and we will tell you when a channel is not working.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with the services is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of anticipated savings.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
